Four boats. One harbor.
We keep a small yard in Friday Harbor and send people into the San Juans the way locals go: early, with a paper chart, and no itinerary that needs a toast.
The water here is cold and close. Islands sit near enough that a single day is a real voyage. You pick a boat. We handle fuel, lines, and whether the weather is lying.

On the water
How a day runs
01 · Morning
Cast off
Meet at the visitor dock. We walk the boat with you: fuel, radio, where the crab pots sit. Lines off by eight if you want the water to yourself.
02 · Midday
Find a cove
Reid Harbor. Prevost. A nameless notch on Lopez. Eat on the engine box. Swim if you are braver than the water.
03 · Evening
Come home
Back before dark, or later if you took Afterglow. We take the lines. You keep the day.

What is on the boat
Fuel for the islands
A local day is included. If you want to stretch for Sucia, we top you up and settle the difference.
A skipper if you want one
Two hundred eighty more. Required if no one aboard can handle current, ferry wake, and a 22 to 28 foot boat.
Chart, VHF, wool blanket
Paper chart, working radio, PFDs that fit. July still lies up here. Bring lunch. We do not stock a bar.
We cancel for weather
If the strait is ugly we say so the night before and move you. Forty-eight hours for a change of mind.
